Alavore Return & Refund Policy

At Alavore, we take great care in crafting and shipping our handmade frozen pierogies to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy but offer refunds or replacements in specific cases. Please review our policy below.
📦 No Returns Policy
Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, we stand behind the quality of our pierogies and will work with you to resolve any issues.
💳 Refund & Replacement Eligibility
If you receive an order that is damaged, thawed beyond safe consumption, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement:
✔ Damaged Packaging – If your order arrives severely damaged and affects the product's integrity.
✔ Defrosted Beyond Safe Consumption – If the pierogies are fully thawed and warm upon arrival.
✔ Incorrect Order – If you received the wrong flavor, quantity, or package.
🔹 We may require photos of the damaged or incorrect item to process your request.
🚨 How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience any issues with your order, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Take photos of the issue (damaged packaging, thawed product, incorrect item).
2️⃣ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

3️⃣ Our team will review your case and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
Note: We cannot process refunds or replacements after 24 hours of delivery due to the perishable nature of our products.
🔍 Non-Refundable Situations
🚫 Incorrect storage or handling after delivery.
🚫 Failure to collect a package from the carrier in a timely manner.
🚫 Orders delayed due to weather or carrier issues beyond our control.
🚫 Minor cosmetic damage (small dents in packaging that do not affect food safety).
🔄 Store Credit & Replacements
- Approved refund requests will be processed as a store credit or replacement shipment (no cash refunds).
- If a replacement is issued, we will ship a new order as soon as possible.
- Refunds as store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
