  • Our primary products are handmade frozen pierogies. Availability is subject to change.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped based on our Shipping Policy.
  • We only ship within the United States (Lower 48 states).
  • Alavore is not responsible for carrier delays or packages left unattended after delivery.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued for damaged, thawed, or incorrect orders as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

5. Payment & Security

  • We accept major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
  • Your payment details are encrypted and secure. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Unauthorized use of payment methods will result in order cancellation and possible legal action.
