Welcome to Alavore! We take great care to ensure that your handmade frozen pierogies arrive in perfect condition. Below you’ll find details on our shipping methods, delivery times, and how we keep your order fresh.


πŸ“¦ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: Orders placed on Thursday after 12 PM EST or Friday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Since our pierogies are frozen, we use expedited shipping to ensure they remain at optimal temperatures.

🚫 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico due to the perishable nature of our products.

❄️ Frozen Shipping & Packaging

To keep your pierogies fresh and frozen, we use:
βœ” Insulated packaging for temperature control.
βœ” Dry ice or gel packs to prevent thawing.
βœ” Express shipping for timely delivery.

πŸ”Ή Upon delivery, please place your pierogies in the freezer immediately. If they arrive slightly thawed but still cold to the touch, they are safe to refreeze.


πŸ“¦ Shipping Restrictions & Delays

  • We currently ship only within the USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • Orders may be delayed due to weather conditions or carrier issues beyond our control.
  • If an order is delayed, please check your tracking number or contact us for assistance.

πŸ’³ Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos:
